Job Description

  • As they expand their reach, they seek dedicated Customer Relationship Officers to join our dynamic team and helpthem acquire, onboard, and support their growing user base.
  • They’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Officer to join their marketing team at Chukolo In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers, effectively communicate the benefits of Hollo, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
  • Your efforts in acquiring new customers and ensuring their continued satisfaction are key to our success. Your goal: onboard a variable number of new users monthly, based on company targets.

Responsibilities for Chukolo – Customer Relations Officer

  • Physically visit local businesses to pitch the Hollo app and demonstrate its benefits to them.
  • Achieve monthly user acquisition targets e.g minimum of 10, maximum of 40.
  • Onboard new customers.
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver feedback from customers to our product development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a strong understanding of the market.
  • Document your sales activities on Hollo.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, cross-marketing, or customer relationship management, preferably within the technology or digital marketing industry.
  • Ability to use Canva and or other design tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledgeable about social media platforms and digital marketing tactics.
  • Strong understanding of the local business landscape and market trends.
  • Personal laptop and tech-savviness and access to the internet.
  • Creativity, writing skills, and good design taste
