TotalEnergies 2024 Graduate Programme for Nigerian Graduates
Applications are now open for the 2024 TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program. TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc is inviting qualified young graduates to apply for the 2024 Young Graduate Program.
Are you a young graduate with five years of higher education, aged 26 or less, from Nigeria? Are you looking for a first work experience and a chance to upskill in an international environment? Are you interested in the energy sector? Then you’ve come to the right place!
For an 18-month period you will gain knowledge and skills through different assignments in finance, support, sales or technical functions. You will be trained and assessed over six months in your field, in a TotalEnergies affiliate in your country, before spending 12 months in another African country or the Paris headquarters.
Under the aegis of our Marketing & Services business segment, their Young Graduate program awaits you with open arms. Every year since 2014 it has helped over 60 young talents enter the workforce in Africa. They recruit 60% of those who take part in this program, on permanent or temporary contracts.
The Young Graduate program is an opportunity for young people to discover working life through a genuine hands-on professional experience while benefiting from international exposure just after graduating from university. We are looking for motivated and passionate young professionals with excellent academic achievement.
This opportunity is open for young graduates who will be working under the Commercial/Technical/Finance department in Lagos, Nigeria.
Main Principles
An 18-month-course program:
- 6 months in the country of origin, Nigeria (phase 1)
- 12 months of expatriation in another affiliate of TotalEnergies within Africa or at the HQ in Paris (phase 2) subject to performance and availability
Requirements
To be eligible for TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicants must be a Nigerian
- Applicants must live at least 6 months in the country of origin, Nigeria
- Applicants must be less than 26years old
- Applicants must have less than 1 year of professional experience
- Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
Degrees must be in the following disciplines:
- Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Accounting / Economics / Finance related disciplines
- Marketing / Business related degree
