Oremont Fount seeks to fill the role of Personal Assistant / Business Development Associate. Based in Lagos, this full-time position involves actively managing various administrative and business development responsibilities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

As the Personal Assistant / Business Development Associate, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the manager and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence and handle communication effectively.
  • Take dictation, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
  • Source and procure necessary office supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Manage requests and inquiries, providing timely and appropriate responses.
  • Organize and maintain the manager’s diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, ensuring logistical arrangements are seamless.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient office filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally within a business development context.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from N150,000 to N200,000 monthly, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
