Job Position: Human Resource Personnel

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.

Job Description:
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Formulate policies and procedures to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
- Anticipate future HR needs and develop proactive strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a mediator in resolving conflicts and grievances between employees and management.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and learning sessions to facilitate professional growth and career development.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
- Compliance and Legal Affairs:
- Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in HR practices.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support HR decisions and mitigate legal risks.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
