We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Personnel

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.

Job Description:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Formulate policies and procedures to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
    • Anticipate future HR needs and develop proactive strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Source, screen, and recruit top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a mediator in resolving conflicts and grievances between employees and management.
    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Implement performance management systems to monitor employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Organize workshops, seminars, and learning sessions to facilitate professional growth and career development.
    • Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
  5. Compliance and Legal Affairs:
