Key Responsibilities at Rubels and Angels Food Court

  • Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and convey information clearly.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and patience in addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments, maintaining composure under pressure and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality.
