Superflux was established as a limited liability company in 1995 and commenced full operations in producing security printing products in 1998, providing security print service. In accordance with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s directive for security printing businesses in Nigeria, our cutting-edge security printing factory in Lagos was commissioned in 2006. We began providing commercial printing services in 2008 and cheque outsourcing which provides new solutions to financial institutions began operation in 2009. In 2011, we expanded our operation in response to our clients’ requests. Superflux started as a two-man trading company and has grown to over 300 employees in a purpose-built ultra-modern manufacturing plant in Nigeria.

Superflux International Limited – The high incidence of fake, forged and parallel cheques in the banking sector was the initial catalyst for the business philosophy of Superflux International Limited. Today, Superflux is the preferred supplier of cheques to major banks in Nigeria. We also provide secure and communication print solutions to a wide range of clients spanning the manufacturing, entertainment, education sectors as well as Government agencies in Nigeria and across several African countries

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Front Desk / Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Details

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and with courtesy.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Confirm appointments and provide reminders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
  • Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain records, documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.


  • A minimum of OND certificate is required.


  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in same role.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative /Front desk Officer
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Computer literate with proficiencycy in use of office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Understand admin repair processes and terminology to effectively communicate with technicians and customers.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  • Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts and appointments.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Experience with computer equipment (e.g. printers, scanners etc.)
  • Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
  • Upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality regarding customer information.
  • Respecting diversity and treating all customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
  • Should not be above 30 years of age.
  • Must be presentable and good-looking.

Salary Range
N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
