Job Overview

  • A dynamic service company with interests in Accounting, Audit Assurance, Tax Consultancy, Advisory, and Business Consultancy services requires an Executive Assistant for the Chief Executive. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Chief Executive. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with the team to manage technical projects, provide administrative support, and coordinate various activities that ensure the smooth running of the Chief Executive’s activities and office


  • Organize and prioritize the Chief Executive’s daily activities in advance for his approval including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and responding to emails.
  • Provide technical support to the Chief Executive, including conducting research, data analysis, and interpretation of information.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Occasional remote working with the Chief Executive, Business Development, Operations, and Finance in-country and outside the country (Local and International).
  • Update the Chief Executive on critical information as it arises, track project progress, and ensure that milestones are achieved on time.
  • Ensure all correspondence and documents are accurate, concise, and of high quality, using appropriate tools and maintaining version control.
  • Collaborate with the Confidential secretary /Administrator in running the Lagos offices of the company
  • Maintain the Chief Executive’s files, records, and databases including confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work closely with Audit & Assurance, Tax Consultancy, Business Development, Operations, and finance teams to ensure closeout of critical projects and follow-up.
  • Work with the CEO to meet targets and deadlines by clients.
  • Act as liaison between the Chief Executive and other organizational units and stakeholders, ensuring that the communication flows effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels, including internal and external customers, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support efficient implementation of new and current technical processes, programs, tools, and practices as directed.
  • All other tasks related to the above functions as delegated by the CEO.


  • Graduate degree qualification in Accounting, Business Admin, or a related Finance course with ICAN or ACCA certification
  • 2 – 4 years of administrative and executive support experience in a finance, business consultancy environment, or related field
  • Previous experience working in an audit firm is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Must reside on the Island for proximity( this is required please) candidates on the mainland need not apply, please
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree without ICAN or ACCA will be considered.
  • Experience with Audit Assurance/ Tax consultancy is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients, internal peers, inside/outside clients, etc.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Proven passion and enthusiasm for carrying out administrative duties and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software, etc)

N180,000.00 – N250,000.00 per month.
