Job Description:
We’re seeking a proactive Collections Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing credit sales outstanding, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring timely collections.
Roles and Responsibilities of Collections Officer Job at LifeBank
- Negotiate an achievable Payment Plan
- Schedule payments with customers toward reducing the overdue / outstanding debts of clients without severing relationship
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND
- 2 – 3 years of experience as a Collections Officer
- Experience in a Healthcare, HealthTech sector is required
- Sound Numeracy and Analytical skills
- Result Oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Renumeration
N150,000 Gross
