We’re currently hiring for the role of Business Banker in our Enterprise Direct division. This position is available nationwide and offers full-time employment. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in managing existing client portfolios while also bringing new clients on board.

Job Description

  • Stanbic IBTC is positioned to continue to build capacity and create a sustainable talent pipeline within the organization.
  • The organization is running a recruitment exercise for Relationship Managers to manage its existing portfolio of clients, while onboarding new clients/businesses.
  • The key responsibilities listed below, show the required knowledge for sales and relationship management roles.


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management, with a focus on driving profitability and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly in managing small businesses, is preferred.
