Job Description
- Stanbic IBTC is positioned to continue to build capacity and create a sustainable talent pipeline within the organization.
- The organization is running a recruitment exercise for Relationship Managers to manage its existing portfolio of clients, while onboarding new clients/businesses.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management, with a focus on driving profitability and fostering strong client relationships.
- Experience in the financial industry, particularly in managing small businesses, is preferred.
